These terms govern your use of Gruvle Drop ("Gruvle", "we"), the service available at gruvledrop.space. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

What Gruvle Drop is

Gruvle Drop lets you upload documents, share them as interactive links ("Drops"), and have an AI assistant answer questions about that content, grounded in what you shared. It is not a substitute for professional, legal, medical, or financial advice, and AI-generated answers may be incomplete or wrong — always verify anything important against the source document.

Your account

• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must be legally able to enter into this agreement to use the service.
• You're responsible for the content you upload and share — you must have the right to upload it and to let visitors interact with it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Gruvle Drop to:

• Upload or share content you don't have the rights to, or that infringes someone else's intellectual property.
• Upload malicious files, or attempt to circumvent the platform's file validation or security controls.
• Attempt to access another user's files, Drops, or account data.
• Use the service to send spam, harass, or collect personal data from Drop visitors without a lawful basis.
• Attempt to manipulate the AI assistant into revealing internal system configuration, or use prompt injection to make it act outside its grounding in your document.

Plans and billing

Gruvle Drop offers a Free plan and paid Pro/Business plans, billed monthly via Razorpay in INR. By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your billing page — cancellation takes effect immediately, and your account reverts to the Free plan and its limits. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.

Public Drops

Anyone with a Drop's link can view its content and ask it questions, without needing an account — that's the intended behavior. You control what's shared: title, description, whether downloads are enabled, and whether the AI assistant is available, and you can revoke a Drop at any time to immediately disable public access.

Service availability

We aim for reliable uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. The product is built on third-party infrastructure (hosting, database, AI providers) and can be affected by their availability.

Termination

You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including the acceptable use rules above.

Limitation of liability

Gruvle Drop is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including reliance on AI-generated answers.

Changes to these terms

We'll update the date at the top of this page when these terms change materially.
